Silver Alert canceled after missing man found

Taylorsville, Utah — On Thursday a missing Taylorsville man was located.

A silver alert was canceled after a man was found safe. Details from this alert have been removed.

According to the officials an 81-year-old Allen Short had last been seen at 9:49 a.m. at the Legacy Village care center at 5472 South 3200 West.

However, Unified police tweeted that Short had been located.
